We were choosing properties in Spain with Tereza Varilkova and Isabella Moje from WTG Spain. Both ladies helped us a lot. They chose the best properties for both rental and living. They also guided us through tax issues completely, explaining everything to us. They took care of us with a smile from morning to evening for a whole week! I have never experienced such an approach anywhere. Thank you very much. Ladislava

Buying my dream villa in Spain was a truly emotional journey — and WTG Spain made it magical! As a woman buying property abroad on my own, I was a bit nervous at first. But from the moment I connected with WTG Spain, I felt completely at ease. Michael, in particular, was absolutely wonderful. He treated me with such kindness and professionalism, always listening carefully and offering advice I could really trust. It felt like having a friend by my side, guiding me through every step of the process. Thanks to him, I found a gorgeous villa that stole my heart the moment I saw it. I still can't believe it's mine! WTG Spain turned what could have been a stressful process into something exciting, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Ladies, if you're thinking about buying a home in Spain — go for it, and ask for Michael! He's simply the best.

Hello WTG! A huge thank you for your help – you are the best! Last year, with WTG's assistance, we purchased our first home in Spain. After living there for a while, we decided to buy another property for ourselves and use the existing one as an investment. This time, our agent was Michael – a true professional in his field 👏 From the very first meeting, he understood exactly what we were looking for and presented us with great options. It was quite difficult to choose because we loved them all! 😍 Thank you so much! Sending our warmest regards to Michael and the WTG Spain team! 😎

WTG have provided exemplary services throughout our journey to a new life in Spain. Having contacted a number of agents in the area we came to a decision to engage with Michael Munoz from WTG mainly due to quick, efficient and detailed responses to our initial concerns. He has maintained communication consistently throughout the process, as well as providing options and advice in all aspects and engagement of others. We had a large variety of properties we wanted to visit across a wide area, requiring visits and appointments up and down the coast. Michael provided insight as well as providing translation services in ensuring the communication between all parties were achieved in order to make informed decisions. In summary I would recommend WTG as a buyers advocate predominantly due to their customer service, communication and consistent professionalism from start to finish. Thanks WTG!

Michael Munoz, a good man and an excellent marketing person, accompanied us in the process of looking for a property in Costa Blanca. We were very impressed by his reliability, diligence, knowledge and desire to help. Without a doubt, this is the person you would want to have by your side in such an important process. His knowledge of English and Spanish are an important asset in communicating with the local representatives

When I was looking for an apartment, I was desperate because of the number of options that didn't fit. But after contacting this company, everything changed. The manager listened to me carefully, took into account all the details, and within a week I found the perfect apartment. I am very grateful for their efficiency and human approach!

A huge thank you to Michael. From first contact he listened attentively to what we were looking for in a property. He took the time to pick out various properties to view that would suit our requirements. The viewings took a full day, exceeding his working hours and it was not easy for him with my endless questions, him translating in detail between Spanish and English. The first property fell through but six months later I needed his assistance with another property. He has made the process easy for us and has always been in the background to help and answer any queries. Thank you Michael, we cannot thank you enough! Ernesto and Michelle.

I would like to leave a special comment for our agent Michael from Wtg real estate. I was searching for a villa and i happened to be welcomed with a very attentive and focused on details agent (Michael), he heard exactly what was my specific search for a house , he followed up fast and was there whenever needed. When encountered with a detail that I didn't mention to him (my mistake) he adapted quickly..fixed it and arranged it all for a good search! Lovely reaction..didn't leave me with a confused feeling .I am sure any buyer or investor would want to feel this way. So kind and friendly and as we say he was there for us at each moment since we didn't live thee too he made us feel at home in Alicante! Thank you Michael for everything..Best luck for you and for sure to choose you as our agent for a future buy!!

Thank you WTG! You are real professionals! We have always dreamed of living on the coast. And when we started to choose our future home, we faced a lot of problems. At first, we planned to buy housing on the secondary market, because we were worried that we would not fit into the budget. But we were lucky and came across this company. The manager Anna-Maria showed us a lot of options. We bought a newly built villa in Denia. Now, admiring the sea and the Mediterranean climate, I always remember you with warmth in my heart!

Hello! Thank you very much for your work, you helped make my dream come true! I fell in love with Spain 10 years ago when I first visited the country. Since that time, I dreamed of a cozy home by the sea. Special thanks to Miguel! He did not just offer options to choose from, but personally drove me around all the properties and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. As a result of Miguel's efforts, we received a swimming pool and all the necessary household appliances as a gift absolutely free of charge. 😎
