Foreign investors try to buy a bungalow on Costa Blanca for several reasons
Frequently, people, who like an isolated way of living more, look for buying a bungalow on Costa Blanca. These people are admirers of home comfort and tranquility.
If you look at the term itself, the Spanish bungalow is a two-story housing, which, as a rule, is located outside or on the edge of the city in the comfortable urban area. Before buying such a property on the Mediterranean coast, you need to decide what suits you best, because this type of housing can be different types.
A bungalow on the Costa Blanca is, first of all, more affordable type of property than a villa or a separate house. Even if the building where the bungalows are located is designed for several owners, you still get separate, comfortable housing with a pool, patio and parking.
The first reason is – more space than in a normal apartment, but it costs less than a detached house.
Reason number two – bungalows on Costa Blanca are often located in urbanized settlements (villages), which are a well-maintained protected area.
And the third reason to buy a bungalow is, as a rule, a pool near it and all the necessary infrastructure – pharmacies, playgrounds, shops, parking. Real estate of this type is widely represented in both the secondary and the primary real estate market in Spain.
The price of a bungalow depends on its type and quality of the real estate, as well as distance to the sea. But in any case, buying a bungalow on Costa Blanca will be much cheaper than in many other regions of the country. On average, you can buy a bungalow with an area of 50-60 square meters for 70 000 – 170 000 euros. This is a rough price range.
Types of bungalows in Costa Blanca:
- on the lower floor of a two-story building;
- on the top floor of a two-story house with its own entrance through an external staircase.
- One-story building. It is divided into several separate apartments with a separate entrance, a terrace, and a small courtyard. This type is very comfortable because there are no neighbors on the top floor.
- Two-story building. This type has a patio and a private solarium or terrace. Corner housing of this type is more expensive because it has a small plot of land; The advantage is also the presence of only two adjacent walls with neighbors.
